What is the best camcorder for iMovie?
In my opinion the best Sony Mini DV or HD camcorder you can afford. Mini DV or HDV. Not Micro DV, not DVD, not VHS. If you do not like Sony cameras for whatever reason I would suggest a Canon. Also, if you live in the U.S. do not buy a PAL camera.
